WATER PROOF ACRYLIC COATING
Description:
Simco 502-WB, white finish is water based acrylic finish designed for exterior and interior concrete, stucco, cement and cinder block, brick, wood and metal surfaces. It provides a tough, durable, and an easy-to-clean finish with excellent weathering properties. It is unaffected by intensive sunlight and high humidity levels well and dries quickly. It can be applied to damp surfaces and over previously painted surfaces.

Surface Preparation:
| Steel: |
Apply over recommended Simco Primers only. Remove all grease, oil, dust or other foreign matter with detergent or other suitable cleaning method. |

| Masonry: |
On porous masonry, a block filler is recommended before the application of single or multiple finish coats. On dense concrete, wet surface with water and apply multiple finish coats. |

| Wood: |
On previously painted surfaces remove loose adhering paint. Sand to feather-edge and smooth surface. Apply single or multiple coats as required. |

Mixing:
Stir thoroughly before use. Do not tint ready mixed colors. Do not thin.
Application:
Apply by brush, spray or roller or spray. Strain material before use. Do not apply too thick a film as it may cause mud cracking. Coverage will vary depending on surface texture.
Spray Equipment:
Conventional, Paint pressure pot, double regulator and moisture trap, Devilbiss MBC gun with FX tip and needle, 54 air cap.

(A) Use normal precautions such as gloves, facemasks.
(B) Adequate ventilation must be maintained.
(C) Explosion proof lights & electrical equipment.
(D) Non-Sparking shoes & tools for workers in area.
(E) This product contains flammable materials. Forbid all flames, smoking and welding in work area.
(F) Avoid breathing of vapor, contact with skin or eyes. If product comes in contact with skin or eyes, wash thoroughly with water and obtain medical attention.
